Our philosophy is transparency. Event planning is a stressful task, and we are here to make the process as simple and as pleasant as possible for you. At SG EventMart, transactions between you and the event vendor is direct. Unlike the other event portals, we do not collect “middleman” commission fees.
Our Event Specialists are here to assist you in matching you with the most suitable vendors according to your needs. All you need to do is contact us via phone or email (enquiry@sgeventmart.com.sg) and let us know your event requirements.
Rate negotiations are conducted directly between you and vendors. However, our venue consultants can help negotiate on your behalf.
Event planners deal directly with event vendors on SG EventMart with absolutely no hidden costs. We offer promotions and marketing campaigns at the best deals. Do follow us on our social media platforms and sign up for our newsletter to stay up-to-date.
“Seating capacity” refers to the maximum number of seated people which can occupy a particular venue.
“Standing capacity” refers to the maximum number of standing people which can occupy a particular venue.
Our vendors are incredibly diverse, ranging from large-scale corporate events to social causes events. So whatever the genre of your event, we’ve got your back!
SG EventMart features all different kinds of venues suitable for a variety of large-scale and small-scale events.
Our professional event consultants screen each and every of our vendors’ profiles before listing them on our portal to ensure that they are able to best provide for your event needs.
You can find comprehensive information about our vendors on each vendor’s page. This includes the vendor’s profile, high resolution photos, videos, testimonials and even virtual visits (for venues).
If the vendor has not gotten back to you within 48 hours, you may contact us. We will follow-up with your vendor. If your chosen vendor has decided not to be involved in your event, we can suggest other qualified vendors for your consideration.
You and the vendor conduct the transaction directly. Once the both of you have agreed on a fee, you pay them directly. SG EventMart is not involved in the transaction.
